Chungfu “Erik” Hsieh:  Financial advisor with a unique blend of experience in financial planning, client relationship development, and financial product sales, Erick holds both BA and MA Degrees and is fluent in several languages.


Lionel Mayrand:  A Business consultant and owner of tax preparation service Jackson Hewett in San Francisco, Lionel also serves as GS-12 for U.S. Health and Human Services administration on aging, region nine, representing the Pacific Rim.   Lionel has extensive experience in non-profit grant administration with organizations such as Head Start.


Raymond Medeiros:  For 15 years, Mr. Medeiros was senior executive, tracking shareholder and lead strategist at Runco International ( A founding partner of NewGate Internet, in 1992. It was one of the first companies to market on the Internet through the newsgroups and effectively helped companies, such as the Gap and LEGO to use the Internet to brand their businesses as the web appeared.  NewGate sold in 2006 to iCrossing (, owned by Hearst Corporation, a public company.  Mr. Medeiros holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Kent State University.

Faruq Ahmad:  Silicon-valley professional with hands-on operational experience in all phases of the entrepreneurial growth.  Vice President at C. M. Capital and responsible for portfolio management of top-tier venture capital funds, Faruq holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT, an MS in Computer Science/Semiconductors from Stanford University, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.


Tom Bechard: Commercial Real-estate management at TRI Coldwell Banker and Prudential California, as well as a principal at ProPark America, Tom is responsible for all National Real Estate and development transactions.  ProPark America is one of the nation’s leading parking companies, owning parking facilities and providing parking management services across the country.


Richard Delaney:  As Senior Vice President of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, a public company started in the late 1800s with over 5,000 employees, Richard is engaged in Stifel, Nicolaus investment banking division overseeing merger and acquisitions, and public offerings. 


Mark Soloway:  Chief Technology Officer of Versaic and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009, Mark has been successfully developing software for over 20 years in a variety of senior engineering, management, and executive
roles.   Mark earned his BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.

Chek Tan,  Certified Public Accountant
Mr. Tan has over thirty years in public accounting and has had extensive experience in auditing entities of every type and size.  Mr. Tan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and California Board of Accountancy.
